New Haven provides supported accommodation for adults who need more than simply somewhere to live. People may require supported accommodation for many different reasons. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.

All placements are subject to individual assessment, suitability and availability.

Every Placement Starts
With an Assessment

A referral does not automatically result in an offer of accommodation.

We consider the person’s housing needs, support needs, risks, existing services, current circumstances and the suitability of the available accommodation before making a placement decision.

Our aim is to make placements that are appropriate for the individual and sustainable over the longer term.
