Our approach

More Than Somewhere to Stay

We believe supported accommodation should provide more than a roof over someone’s head.

A stable, good-quality home can be the starting point for lasting change.

At New Haven, accommodation and support work together. We help residents develop the skills, confidence and stability needed to maintain their home and work towards greater independence.

A home. Support when it matters. A pathway forward.

Who we support

The right support starts with understanding

New Haven supports adults who require both accommodation and practical help to establish or maintain a stable home.

People may come to us for many different reasons, including homelessness, housing instability, domestic abuse, leaving custody, difficulties maintaining previous accommodation, or circumstances where additional support would help them move towards independent living.

Every referral is considered individually.

Our support

A clear pathway forward

No two people have exactly the same circumstances. We assess each resident’s needs and develop appropriate housing-related support around the areas where help is genuinely required.
