Our Support

Support
That Helps People Build Independence

Practical housing-related support based on individual needs and goals.

Support shaped
around the individual

Accommodation is only one part of what New Haven provides. Residents who require supported accommodation receive housing-related support based upon an assessment of their individual needs. At the beginning of a placement, we work with the resident to identify where support is required and agree practical goals. This helps form an individual support plan which can be reviewed as needs and circumstances change.

A responsive plan

Assess. Plan. Support.
Review. Progress.

Support should respond to the individual rather than simply follow a standard timetable. We review needs and progress so that support can change as circumstances change.
